Connection Refused please help me

Hi as soon as i try connecting to my iphone via winscp it immediatly says "connection refused" and i have tried everything please help

I've some problems with winSCP, I can't enetr in my iphone, I receive follow message NETWORK ERROR CONNECTION REFUSED!!

I've iphone 4 ios 5.0.1 JB...I've installed OPENssh and I active ssh whaen I try the connection..but some error!
