Sync folder, but exclude some subfolders?

First of all, I love WinSCP and use it very often. :o

My question is, how I can create a sync job for a FTP folder and exclude only some subfolders? Because I want to sync the root dir of a webserver, but never the media or the DB directory.

Use option exclude <mask>.
