Cannot create remote directory using sync browsing

I have this probelm below. It only appears sometimes and other times it works perfectly.

When I have sync browsing on and I click into a folder on the left panel that does not appear on the right WinSCP gives me this message 

Cannot open corresponding directory in the opposite panel.

Do you want to try to create directory '/home/content/newfolder'?

Error changing directory to '/home/content/newfolder'.
Error listing directory '/home/content/newfolder'.
No such file or directory.
Error code: 2
Error message from server: No such file
Request code: 11

It gives me the options Yes, No, Help

After clicking Yes I get the following message 

Error creating folder 'home/content/newfolder'.

No such file or directory.
Error code: 2
Error message from server: No such file
Request code: 14

After I click ok I get imformed that Directory Browsing failed and it has been turned off.

I am using WinSCP version 4.2.8 (Build 818).

This happens about 50% of the time.

Any ideas what could be wrong or at least where I could maybe see logs or something which may help me solve the problem.

Please post a full log file showing the problem.

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. For posting extensive logs you may use pastebin or similar application. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you may email it to me. You will find my address (if you log in) in my forum profile. Please include link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have emailed the log.

Here is the log of the event.

This is all during synchronised browsing.
When I am opening the folder 'new-folder' it asks me do I want to create it on the opposite panel and then it tries to create it in a folder (same name) which does not exist.

Hence I get error (in the form of a windows alert).
