Error when Uploading

Hello!

I have a friend trying to upload to my FTP Server (Cerberus). He is connectiong via SFTP and key encryption. He places items in the upload queue and it works fine for a while, then pops up a window for him to re-enter his password. Upon doing that, it automatically sets the upload file to 100%, regardless of where it was when the stall/pw request happened.

We are dealing with 1+ gig raw video files, so it gets a little frustrating having to resend the files over and over again trying to get a good complete one.

Any ideas? I had him set the preferences to remember his pw in the background.

Message from my friend who is having issues:

Under progress is where I see the "Query" message and on the far left the operation icon is flashing. Then when I click on the flashing Icon a pop-up window opens with the other message.

The first pop up says something like timed out trying to connect and a button to Abort, but it says that will end the connection so I just close that window with the red "X" in the upper right hand corner. Then after the progress showing connecting for a while it changes to another alert with the flashing icon and the pop-up asks for the password.

Please post a full log file showing the problem.
