FTPS retrieving a file, unable to put a file

Connecting to a Mainframe system, I am able to make the ssl connection, and pull a file ftps,
Unable to put a file, however I can thru just ftp and not ftps.

Also need to put in lrecl, blksize and recfm setting, unabel to in ftps /winscp

If I understand correctly, you can use Post login commands for that

I am able to ftps and put a file now, however in scripting I need to be able to do the post commands
