SSL/TLS Implicit can't connect

Hello, I'm having issues trying to connect to a SSL/TLS Implicit site. I am able to connect using other software, but I'm trying to convert to WinSCP. I've tried everything I could think of or find on your support site with no luck. Here is the latest attempt log. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

There's different address reported to WinSCP (168,215,78,89) than to the others (
168,215,78,89). That's strange. Anyway, can you try to enable Force IP address for passive mode connections?

I made an adjustment and am able to see the directory structure now, but it still will not let me navigate or post files with WinSCP.
