Add link function wierd behavior

I log in, go to directory that is not my HOME. e.g (cd /var/opt) There is directory lib (/var/opt/lib). I set the cursor in panel to lib dir. Then click on the Add link icon. Dialog appears. In the edit box "Point/link shortcut to: lib is automatically filled. That's correct. Then I fill 'lib_lnk' to edit box "Link/shortcut file:". Click on OK button and what happend ? New link is created in the HOME directory and it's name is lib. What does it mean ? I use 4.1.0 (build 375).

What is your server? Can you post a log file?

Re: Add link function wierd behavior

Maybe the Sub SSH suffers the same bug as OpenSSH, which incorrectly interprets arguments to SSH_FXP_SYMLINK reversely. If you can confirm that I'll try to make WinSCP autodetect the bug, the same way it does for OpenSSH. Try to go to SFTP tab of Login dialog and set Reverses Order of Symlink Command Arguments to On.

Also maybe the bug (if it is bug) is already solved in newer version of the server.
