WinSCP Taking a Long Time to Start

WinSCP is taking about 40 seconds to start every time I try to open it. This started a couple of upgrades ago. Any ideas on what the problem may be?

from what I can tell, there doesn't seem to be any solution available yet (I'm having the same issue, and haven't found anything which resolves it, either)
